The Caregiver's Journal - A self-care journal for those who care for others
Whether you are a Caregiver, or you are looking for a gift to give to a special Caregiver in your life, this journal will be appreciated. Journaling has been shown to reduce stress, improve mood and reduce anxiety. I designed it based on what was helpful for me during my own caregiving journey.
According to the National Alliance for Caregiving over 65 million people care for a "chronically ill, disabled, or aged family member or friend" each year. Caregiving is a rewarding and meaningful job but is often stressful and challenging. This journal is designed to support the Caregiver. It will be your new favorite companion, especially on a stressful day.
