  • Name, email address, address (including Country), role (ex. current patient, post treatment patient, friend, caregiver/provider, etc.), birthdate, gender and other Personal Information that you may provide, exchange with other Users, or input while using our Services or otherwise exchange with us.

How do we collect your data?

You directly or indirectly provide Our Company with most of the data we collect. We collect data and process data when you:

  • When you visit our website(s), use our mobile application, or make a request to receive information about our products and services;
  • When you contact our Sales Team or Customer Support Team; and
  • When you sign up for a My Care Crew account and use our products and services.

How will we use your data?

Our Company collects your data so that we can:

How do we store your data?

Our Company securely stores your data at database facilities located in the United States through Amazon Web Services (AWS). Our business also utilizes security measures that include 24x7x365 electronic and physical security, password protection, two-factor authentication, including the use of network and account activity monitoring, and utilizing certain automated compliance checks.

Data Retention

Marketing
